How does the Sitelium Web Design Service work?
Once you've selected the plan that's right for you, you'll talk an email with your designer where you’ll discuss your vision and goals for your website. You’ll choose a theme that fits your industry or occasion and give your web designer the basic information about your site. You simply provide the content and images; we handle everything else. If you don't have any images, no problem. We can insert professional images that will fit your site perfectly. We build a website that fits your style, as well as your needs. And the best part is that it will be done in 10-15 days.
Can I give feedback on the web design as it's being built?
Yes! Email us at any point to review the site as it stands currently. You can also leave feedback for your designer to help them build a website that you’ll be proud to share with the world.
What about updating my website?
Once your site is live, we make it easy to keep it updated. You can either log in to your account and make edits on your own or give us an email and we’ll do it for you.
Are there any additional payments?
The price indicated on this page includes only the cost of site development. Additionally, you will need to pay a Sitelium PRO subscription fee to unlock all PRO features and functionality for your website.
How can we speed up the process of creating a website?
The minimum term for creating a website is 10 days. If you need a ready website faster, we ask you to prepare all materials and information to be used on the website in advance, as well as to promptly respond to our emails. We can make your site faster.
You have sent me a demo approval of the homepage, but I don’t like it, what should I do?
If you are not satisfied with the design of the main page, we will take your comments into account, select new references, and our designer will make another version of the main page based on the new information.
Is it possible to decline your services and get a refund for the site?
If you are not satisfied with the quality of Sitelium Designer's services, you can request a full refund until the design of the main page is confirmed. If the site is approved and transferred to your account on our platform, the project is considered closed, and the funds spent on its development are non-refundable.
