2. Non-Refundable Policy

All sales and subscription fees paid after the free trial period are final and non-refundable. 

We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for any reason, including but not limited to: 

  • Partial billing cycles or unused subscription time.
  • Changes of mind or if the service is no longer needed.
  • Dissatisfaction with the service after the free trial period has ended.
  • Inability to use the service due to user-side technical issues that are not a result of a fault with our product. 


3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team via support@sitelium.com.

Upon cancellation: 

  • Your access to pro features will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after the current billing period expires.
  • To avoid being charged for a renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. We send a renewal reminder email two days before subscriptions are charged. We do not issue refunds if a cancellation is made after the renewal charge has been processed.


4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of violation of our Terms of Service, excessive or unreasonable refund requests, or any other misuse of our policy.

We offer a 14-day free trial to allow you to fully evaluate our service before committing to a paid subscription. No credit card information is collected during this initial trial period, meaning you will not be charged unless you actively decide to subscribe after the trial ends.


II. Subscription Commencement

At the end of your 14-day free trial, your access will end unless you choose to enter your payment details and begin a paid subscription. You will only be charged a subscription fee if you explicitly provide your payment information and confirm your decision to continue using the service beyond the free trial. 


III. Refund Eligibility After Payment

Once a paid subscription has been initiated by you, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Initial Payment: If you are not satisfied with our service after the free trial and request a refund of your first payment, you may be eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 14 days of the payment date.
  • Subsequent Renewal Payments: Refunds will not be issued for any subsequent renewal fees that have been paid. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. We send a renewal reminder email two days before subscriptions are charged.


IV. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are generally exempt from refunds:
